We understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
1. Customer Cancellation

30 days or more before departure: Full refund (excluding payment processing fees)

15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

14 days or less before departure: No refund
For day trips:

Cancellation 48 hours before departure: Full refund (excluding fees)

Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund
2. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated meeting point without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
3. Weather & Safety Conditions
If a trip is cancelled by Poseidon Liveaboard due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or safety concerns:

Rescheduling to a future available date

4. Course Fees
For diving certification courses:

Materials and certification processing fees are non-refundable once the course has started.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Certified divers must present valid certification credentials before participating in certified dives.
3. Liability
Poseidon Liveaboard operates under Thai maritime regulations and maintains required insurance coverage.
Customers participate in diving activities at their own risk and must follow all safety briefings and instructor guidance.
4. Schedule Changes
Itineraries may change due to weather, sea conditions, or safety considerations.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
